Former financial regulator Prof William Black talks about the recent lawsuit brought by a US federal agency -the FDIC against 16 of the world's largest banks who are accused of rate fixing fraud affecting up to 400 trillion dollars worth of financial products. Those who are able to comprehend the sheer scale of corruption and conspiracy described by Black would surely agree that it is the largest cartel in world history by several orders of magnitude, and that the global financial system is 'rotten to the core'. It makes the comments by Andrew Haldane seem all rather tame by comparison: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rn5JclFHglc#t=196Ellen Brown's article on the same story: ellenbrown.com/2014/04/13/the-global-banking-game-is-rigged-and-the-fdic-is-suing/
